Those Halcyon Days

Hey, it's Halcyon Gray. :) Please just call me Haly (or Hal, if you prefer!). Demigod daughter of Athena. Aspiring archaeologist, forever a bookworm, and if you have any good jokes, let me know. I'm currently 17, and my birthday is on December 15, traditionally the beginning of the halcyon days, a period of about fourteen calm and peaceful days around the time of the winter solstice. That's why my dad named me Halcyon, although nowadays the term halcyon often refers to the kingfisher... Oh, and the ring I wear turns into a sword. So don't mess. :)
